Online messages just work so much better. We need to see your reference images and get a clear idea of what you’re after, which is much easier to manage through email, text, or messages. All bookings require a booking fee/deposit, and we can’t take those over the phone.
When we’re tattooing, we can’t stop to answer phone calls. Having everything written also lets us refer back to your exact words to create artwork that really fits your description accurately. It keeps things organised, avoids miscommunication, and saves you the hassle of repeating yourself as you would end up having to send it all online anyway. Skipping the phone helps streamline the process for everyone.
Choose your preferred artist and make an enquiry through our online consultation page. Some information to gather before you make your enquiry includes:
A measurement. An accurate size helps us give accurate pricing.
Reference images. These can be photos of tattoos you would like your tattoo to be similar to or other artworks. You can find inspiration in nature (elaborate later
Any relevant information. If it's a cover up or scar camouflage tattoo it is extremely important to mention it when discussing design ideas.
We don't offer piercings. Google tends to group tattoo and piercing studios into the same category, which can be a bit misleading. We're a tattoo-only studio.
We're a private, appointment-only studio, so we don’t accept walk-ins. When we are in the studio, we're usually busy tattooing and can't stop for on-the-spot consultations. The best way to start the process is to choose the artist you’d like to work with and send an enquiry. That way your idea the attention it deserves, without interrupting someone else’s appointment.
Each artist sets their own rates based on a variety of factors including their experience, speed, and the type of work they do. Once you’ve chosen your artist and submitted an enquiry with all the relevant details, your artist can give you a quote tailored to your design. Choose your artist here(link)
Our artists handle their own bookings alongside tattooing, drawing, shop chores, and admin, so response times can vary. We do our best to reply as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days. We are only human at the end of the day. Thank you for your patience. We really appreciate it.
It's best to come alone. The studio is a small, focused space, and having extra people around can be distracting for the artists. That said, if you really need moral support, you’re welcome to bring one guest.
Please make sure the person you bring is not disruptive during the session. If you arrive with more than one guest, we may ask the others to wait outside. We want you to feel comfortable and have a fun experience, but not at the expense of a safe and productive working environment.
We're not currently accepting apprentices. If that changes in the future, we’ll post about it on our social media, so feel free to follow us there for any updates. We really appreciate the interest and wish you the best on your tattoo journey.
Yes, there are certain conditions and circumstances where we won’t be able to tattoo you. These include:
- If you are pregnancy or breastfeeding
- If you have a condition that severely compromises your immune system
- If you're taking blood-thinning medication
- If you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the products or inks used in the procedure
If you have diabetes, a heart condition, or a history of seizures, we ask that you speak with your doctor before booking your tattoo. Your safety is our top priority.
No. It’s against the law to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in the UK, even with parental consent. We require ID and if you are under 18 you will not be tattooed and your booking fee will not be returned to you.
We take a non-refundable booking fee (often referred to as a tattoo deposit) for every appointment. This is standard practice in the industry and helps protect the artist’s time. A lot goes into preparing for your tattoo, including planning, idea development, and design work, often before we’ve even picked up a pencil. The time we set aside for you means we aren't available for anyone else during that time. The deposit secures your spot and ensures the time and energy dedicated to your tattoo is respected.
